During the Great Recession, Kathian partnered and directed the national 501c3 non-profit (NPO), “Homes That Change Lives.” Through this Kathian’s direction, this partnership accessed hundreds of REO properties from Chase Bank, Wells Fargo and Bank of America.

Through this program the partnership purchase more than 100 properties which were rehabbed and resold to First Time and Low Income home buyers for the federal program.

Part of the program was to sponsor seminars for First Time and Low Income home buyers.  This program contributed to the stabilization of the recovering real estate market. Large “Off-Market” Inventory allows our clients to acquire properties that meet their specific needs.
