Kathian Properties assists the low to middle income and first time home buyer to obtain affordable, turnkey homes. Properties are purchased renovated and then offered the low and moderate income and first time home buyer for purchase. The goal of the our program is to provide home buying opportunities to individuals or families that are at or below the area median income (AMI), also known as “Low to Moderate and Middle Income” households. Kathian has successfully accomplished this goal by partnering with non-profit and community programs. The firm has successfully accomplished this goal throughout California and Nevada through REO purchases, rehab and resale of more than $25 million in properties.
